what will be your starting point?
the Bollenstreek route is very short, maybe you can combine it with a toure through the "Groene hart" between Alphen aan de Rijn and Uithoorn.

ah ok

just be aware that the so called Bollenstreek is not to be found in the northern part of Holland but in the costal region of South-Holland provence.

from the northern part of Holland it will be 2-3 houts drive to get there.

@Stefan-G-Rasmussen If you want to see the tulip fields, you better follow the Dijk- en Duinroute created by Hans van de Ven. I believe you here find the biggest tulip fields of the Netherlands and it's less touristic then in de Bollenstreek.

@Arno-0 Thanks for that. I think I'll stick to the first route, as we don't want to do too much driving. Were based just north of Alphen aan den Rijn, ( Yes, sadly in a car, not on my bike ) Maybe a route for next time though.
