    @Adrian-Avram The tablet was new. Even so, I reformatted it and started from scratch, installing only TomTom (for demo) and MyRouteApp

      @Adrian-Avram Of course. If the tablet is new and you turn it on for the first time and then format it, it is obvious that MRA was deleted and reinstalled. Or is that not what you are referring to?

            @Corjan-Meijerink Solved!!! Hugerock has helped me via WhatsApp (immediate and incredible attention) and they have sent me new firmware. Everything is fixed. Thank you very much!!!

                  @Corjan-Meijerink The manufacturer provided me with new firmware and instructions for the corresponding modification on the tablet. Now it works great. Incredible technical support from hugerock.
