Tun. du Col de Tende... Cause/bug at MRA or HERE?

This is what https://mapcreator.here.com/ is showing:

Message to the MRA team (@Corjan-Meijerink): Is there anything you can do about this behind the scenes at MRA? Please make the routeplanner so that we can plan routes ourselves. Also on roads that are currently closed, but will be open again in a few months.

@CD130 use the skip function to cause a connection between waypoints at both ends of the tunnel.

Ik krijg het met geen mogelijkheid voor elkaar om met de MRA Routeplanner door deze tunnel te navigeren. Lukt het iemand anders wel?

I can't seem to navigate through this tunnel with the MRA Routeplanner. Does anyone else have any success?

I do not see how... That is where the seasonal closures are for explicitly. In this case it looks to be a permanent closure in the base mapdata. I do not think there is a way around that (in the metaphorical sense
)
On here: https://www.wegenwiki.nl/Tunnel_de_Tende
I read that the tunnel was badly damaged by floods in 2020. Reopening is scheduled for the end of this year. So the permanent closure is probably deliberate too... -

It would be great if we could also use offline maps in the new web planner! After all, all closures are included in the online maps, right?

@Rob-Verhoeff, I seriously predict you are in for a surprise!
But I guess that will not be anytime soon. I am not sure however how that would change a permanently closed road/tunnel? My guess is that, because of the more permanent character of this tunnel closure they closed it in the base mapdata, You would be downloading that closure also, just like with the online map. I don't see the difference.

@Con-Hennekens If I'm not mistaken, the current offline maps you use on your phone don't include road closures either. It's entirely possible that I go a year without updating my offline maps. That would mean you're always stuck with built-in road closures. Right?
But, it's an idea that could make planning less dependent on these kinds of issues in the future. Maybe it's worth looking into...

@Rob-Verhoeff, The offline maps probably don't contain seasonal closures indeed. But the closure of the Tunnel du Col de Tende looks like a permanent one (until declared open by the local government). I think not being able to route through it is explicitly because it is not routeable in the base mapdata. It is not a seasonal closure. It also shows a different line pattern then the Mont Blanc tunnel for example. Sometimes you also see roads on maps that are still being built and therefore not open yet. My guess is that such things are in the base mapdata, and not in the seasonal closures.
