New planning tool map issue

Hi, just notice that the new planning tool will not load the map if you scroll north or other directions.
What could be the reason?

For me it scrolls up to the North Pole easily.
(Flat Earth debunked in the proces...)

@Con-Hennekens If you zoom out, it will show all, but no details, e.g. for Norway.

@Jörgen, Hmmm, At first glance it look you are right, but when zooming in more details begin to show. I think the small roads are only visible at higher zoom levels.

I think there is just not much more detail to show on the detail lacking HERE map... The white areas in your screenshots are just slow loading map tiles I guess.

@Con-Hennekens Do I need these maps offline?
I can not plan anything in the UK.

@Jörgen I think at the moment you can only plan using your offline maps.

bei mir am Handy iPhone Xr und iPad 9. Gen gehts sehr gut.

Könnte es bei dir was mit iOS Freigaben oder Speicher / Zugriffen zutun haben ..

For some reason, "Offline Navigation" was activated. And it seems you can only display detailed maps tiles that where loaded last time online.
After switching "Offline Navigation" off, everything was fine.
