@Shawn-Graham, okay then. If you go into the app, select Routes, select a route (with car or motor symbol). Do you see the big yellow button saying "Navigate"?
If yes, press it, what happens? If errors ocur, please place a screenshot of it.
If no, it seems you bought the subscription on another account than you are using in the app.
From the start screen of the app, press the 3 line menu top left, then the profile icon top right. Place a screenshot of the blue area please.
