So im new to this app. Seems a bit confusing. I'm not sure when im in navigation or planner. How do I look at turn bybturj details? How do i search or display POI LIKE FUEL HOTEL restaurants online route?
For an app that appears very expense for separate planner and navigator it is a bit confusing
@Shawn-Graham, you are in navigation only after having pressed on "Navigate" somewhere. The planning part in the app is when you press the "Routelab" button, it redirects you to an embedded web view to the website. So at the moment it can only be used through an active internet connection (offline planning is in the works).
BTW: I don't agree that the app is very expensive. Besides that it offers the option to subscribe only to what you need.
@Shawn-Graham you are asking some very basic questions. You should go on the website into the support section and have a look at the user manual and perhaps watch some of the videos. It will be time well spent.

@Shawn-Graham, first thing we will need to know, do you already have a subscription? There are planner subscriptions (Free, Silver, Gold) and there is a Navigation subscription. Without a navigation subscription you will not be able to find any TurnByTurn functions. It sounds like you don't have such a subscription.

@Shawn-Graham, okay then. If you go into the app, select Routes, select a route (with car or motor symbol). Do you see the big yellow button saying "Navigate"?
If yes, press it, what happens? If errors ocur, please place a screenshot of it.
If no, it seems you bought the subscription on another account than you are using in the app.
From the start screen of the app, press the 3 line menu top left, then the profile icon top right. Place a screenshot of the blue area please.

@Shawn-Graham, maybe you want to replace that picture with one with a blurred mail address. Anyway, this proves that the subscriptions are activated on your account.
But do you see the navigate button if you select a route from your library, like mentioned in my previous reply?

@Shawn-Graham the app will not provide a list of turns. Go to ghe website, open a route, under the Page Menu, select Save As and then select pdf. This is the only way to generate a list of turns.

@RetiredWingMan well most nav apps can show you a list of directions turn by turn. If im on the road and want to see some of the details to see if my route will take me to a particular street. And also should be able to avoid

Ah, it is a roadbook you are after... Most of us were thinking something did not work. A elaborate question would have prevented more than half of the replies in this thread. But as you by now will have discovered, MRA Navigation does not offer a live roadbook function. To be honest, I don't think many users would use it if they did.
