Display ride time and total time.

I’ve had a search and couldn’t find a topic anywhere else so here goes…
I can’t see any option to find my riding only time.
When I pause a route - for a coffee stop or to give a debrief to an advanced riding student - I don’t want this stop time factored in to my route.
I want to be able to see the time I have spent actually riding.
This could be displayed alongside the total time after saving a tracklog and opening route details, but at the moment I think MRA are missing a trick by not displaying riding only time.
Thoughts?

@Chris-Fawcett As @Jörgen has said, you can pause your tracklog when you stop, and if you have Automatically start tracklog selected in the settings there is no need to start it again after each stop.

When Tracklog pauses, the time continues to be added to the track log.
For example:
If I ride for one hour, then I pause Tracklog because I stop for lunch for one hour, then I ride for another hour, my trip time is shown as 3hrs.
I would like the option to display my time riding in addition to the total trip time - so 2hrs (on the bike, riding time), total trip time 3hrs.
That example is easy, but I instruct advanced riding so I stop for 15mins here, 30mins there, so would like to be able to see riding time and trip time.

)For example - it didn’t take me 7hrs to ride 76miles - I rode to a bike garage (1hr), sat around for 5hrs, then rode home (1hr).
My total riding time is 2hrs.
Total trip time is 7hrs.
I’d just like to have an option to see only my riding time, so when I pause the track log it pauses the timer.
