Which App can I use just to follow a gpx Track?

I was a rider for a photographer at a cycle race. I got the GPX track of the route, but couldn't use MRA for it. Firstly because MRA uses the road closures via the traffic information and secondly because MRA (of course) does not drive in one-way streets or on a dual carriageway in the wrong direction.
So I need an app with which I can simply follow the track, no matter how and where it goes.
What could I use for this?
A question that has nothing to do with MRA for now.

      Hardware
      iPhone 12 pro (iOS 17.0.2)
      Oukitel RT3 (Andr. 12)
Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 (Andr. 9 Pie)
      Wireless CarPlay mit (Elebest C650)
Wired CarPlay (SEAT Arona - 2021)

Well do you need any voice instructions? If you don't you surely can use MRA!

Just "open" the track in the app and click the "compass arrow" in the bottom right. This way you activate the follow the line method in 3d and you can simply drive and "follow" the track as it shows on the screen! Try it for yourself by opening one of your own Tracklogs and see how that works. It'll work the same with an imported route-track! The map will follow your position and therefore you can follow the opened track...

        See below as an example:

In case the mentioned doesn't work like expected, you could give "Organic Maps" a try. It's based on OSM, like the more and better known OsmAnd+ and those maps, we do have here, but it's free. And free of tracking and fingerprinting.
