Recover Deleted Folder?

I've just stupidly deleted a folder with about 4 planned routes in it. Is there a way to recover it? Not the end of the world but would be good to know if possible for when I do it again. Thanks.

There is a discussion in another thread on a suggestion for some kind of backup facility. But I think these "stupid"
actions will ever be the most likely reason for wanting such a backup. I think it would be really great to have a waste basket from which deleted things are recoverable until they get emptied automatically after say 30 days. I'll post that under suggestions.I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!
