    Hi! I just create my MyRoute Basic account by my iPhone, but when i use the same ID and Psw to enter on my account on my Android mobile I can’t log in. Is it possible to use the same Basic account with 2 differents mobiles? (iOs - Android)

      @Andrea-34 Yes, that's possible! 🙂 Logging in on multiple devices with your account should not give issues.

      In all honestly, I'd just check you are indeed entering everything correct!

        @Corjan-Meijerink thanks but i tried many times with the same ID and Psw i using succesfully with iOs, but it doesn’t work…

          @Corjan-Meijerink i mean… it doesn’t work (I can’t log in) with Android mobile…

              @Corjan-Meijerink finally i try to deleting and reinstalling the app on my Android mobile… and now it works!!! I’m very happy! Thanks for your answer! Andrea
