    I don't use the app anymore how do I unsubscribe it won't let me in the shop and its took another payment out of bank

      @Derek-a, Do you get a message when you try to enter the shop?
      A link to the shop is on this page: https://www.myrouteapp.com/account
      And if you scroll down there is an option to delete your account. I don't suppose deleted accounts will be charged 😉

      I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

      Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

        You don't need entrance to the shop.
        Go to your account page and scroll down. There you'll find:

        Too bad you don't use MRA anymore.
        Is there a chance to keep you 'on board' ❓

          It has took my money out of bank this month for a year so I will still use it for 1 more year if I delete the account I will have paid a year's subscription for nothing I just don't want it to take anymore money out

            I don't actually know how to end a subscription.
            But I think it would be best for you to create a support ticket for it.
            Go to MRA Route lab and then to "Support" in the menu.
            You can open a ticket on the right side of the page.

                It has took my money out of bank this month for a year so I will still use it for 1 more year if I delete the account I will have paid a year's subscription for nothing I just don't want it to take anymore money out

                You can of course withdraw the permission to collect due from your creditcard at the provider of your creditcard. Then the subscription will fall back to the free one.

                Like @Jack-van-Tilburg already asked, we are interested in the "why", if you care to share that with us.
