I don't use the app anymore how do I unsubscribe it won't let me in the shop and its took another payment out of bank

@Derek-a, Do you get a message when you try to enter the shop?
A link to the shop is on this page: https://www.myrouteapp.com/account
And if you scroll down there is an option to delete your account. I don't suppose deleted accounts will be charged -

You don't need entrance to the shop.
Go to your account page and scroll down. There you'll find:Too bad you don't use MRA anymore.
Is there a chance to keep you 'on board' -

It has took my money out of bank this month for a year so I will still use it for 1 more year if I delete the account I will have paid a year's subscription for nothing I just don't want it to take anymore money out -

I don't actually know how to end a subscription.
But I think it would be best for you to create a support ticket for it.
Go to MRA Route lab and then to "Support" in the menu.
You can open a ticket on the right side of the page. -

You can of course withdraw the permission to collect due from your creditcard at the provider of your creditcard. Then the subscription will fall back to the free one.
Like @Jack-van-Tilburg already asked, we are interested in the "why", if you care to share that with us.
