Voice prompts missing

Over the last few days, I missed two turns and almost missed several move. For some reason, every now and then, I don't get voice prompts for an upcoming turn. It then works fine for the next turn. I have not been able to determine a cause. Have running 4.0.0.

@Doug-Robinson could also be related to the placement of waypoints just before or after those corners.

Yes I am seeing this issue as well it is really weird. I can see on the map the turning but there is no announcement. I make the turn and it then says continue in this road for x miles but then misses the next turning.

Just finished a 14 day tour of eastern Canada. Today I was using 4.0.1. I did not notice any missed voice prompts but I had several waypoints skipped before I had arrived at the waypoint. The app does not announce when recalculation occurs but sometimes I notice the screen remapping which may be an indication, I don't know if this has anything to do with the early skipping of waypoints.

Overall, the app worked very well both offline and online. Looking forward to future updates.

I experienced missing voice prompts also during our 3 day Eifel tour. In ALL these circumstances there was a WP I suspect within 50 meters, or within the time needed to speak the prompt. Also WP's just behind the turn have this impact on the voice prompt.
