I decided to try running the Route as a Track option on my way home from work this afternoon using 4.0.1 - 194.

Some strange things happened.
Offline Mode was definately off at the start, as I was going to be running a track but the Offline Indicator automatically kicked in at 42 Seconds into the Video?

I think I have misunderstood the purpose of this functionality, as I was expecting the Track to follow the Route as it was planned with the Waypoints, but just as a Track.
On starting I noticed that the blue Route Line was showing me the quickest way to home via the A3 but also the actual route I was expecting to take was also highlighted by a white route. It tried to turn me around a few times but then followed the Route.
It also offered a few more roads that were not part of the Route.

I chose to drive the whole route exactly as planned by the waypoints as I am very familiar with this route.

There were issues towards the end of the route where the “Something Went wrong” pop up appeared about 15 times in row.
I will upload that later as it is now Pub’o’clock.

For me on 4.0.1 their is still no Position lag at all.
