Update problems beta version
-
I need some help regarding updates to the beta version of my-route app mobile.
I signed up for the beta version of the app, and I guess I didn't use my Google email address (to sign in to the Google account) but a different email when I first signed up. According to MyRoute app support, this is supposed to be the problem. I should sign in to the beta program again with the correct email.
This I did days ago. But without success. I always get only the app version (beta) 3.2.4. from 15.12.2022. An update to the current version does not happen even after hours and days.
Now I have also logged out of the beta program, deleted the app and waited a day until I logged back into the beta program with the correct email.
All without success. I get displayed that I am a beta tester. But the app is only the old version 3.2.4.
What am I doing wrong here? I am out of ideas. I would be very happy about tips and suggestions for solutions.

@JakoA Well first of all thank you for wanting to help develop the new navigation app.
If you have only just re-submitted the beta test application form, remember that it can take up to two weeks for your new application to be approved. -

When I opened the app MyRoute-app Mobile (Beta), the message appeared very quickly: "You are now a beta tester for this app. Future updates will include beta versions."
Then I am also registered as a beta tester! In the end, the only thing missing is that the interim updates are actually offered. You can't be a beta tester for a specific app version (e.g. only 3.2.4). That makes no sense.

@JakoA Your application has to be registered with the Google PlayStore first. A little patience please.

@JakoA make sure that the Google account you registered as tester is actually the account you use on your phone. This can be a different email than your mra account.
As you are already in touch with support I highly recommend to keep that conversation going. I’m not going to stimulate sharing private (personal) information on a public forum.
