All Favourites gone and existing routes won't load - Grrrrrrr!

Many years of great touring using MRA. Just went to create a new route from SW France to Spain using old stored favourite places, only to find the Favourites folder is EMPTY!!!!!
WHERE ARE THEY? Going to take hours and hours if I have to re-find them. And then, tried to load and old route and that won't load either.
Come on guys, get your act together. Why upload a new version to your sergers before testing it properly? -

Hi Colin,
We've put all the old stuff back because we weren't able to resolve the issue in time. As @Reinhard-32 pointed out, this thread contains an explanation of what happened and where we're headed now to fix everything.
Still, I'm sorry you've been negatively surprised before we could resolve the issue.
