Unwanted folder name interaction between Personal and Club

Something is wrong creating an interaction between personal and club folder names.
Some symptoms:
- The same folder name is not allowed in both personal and club.
A club I'm in (chief admin of) has a folder named "Archive". I am unable to create a personal folder of the same name.

Import from classic to next changed the name of a personal folder to avoid duplication of club folder name (that may have been imported first). I think it appended '(1)' I've since changed the name - It would not let change it to back to its original name - the same name as club folder.

This may be a separate issue. It happens on paths that include no duplication.
When in planner on an personal route clicking levels of the path here (top left) works as expected.
When in planner on a club owned route clicking levels of the path here (top left) always fails.
