Tracklog shows incorrect time

Prior to moving to Beta - I completed a 2 day ride on Oct 31 and Nov 1.
My actual start time as 6:51am on Oct 31. I am in Atlanta, GA, USA.
The tracklog shows start time of 1:51am. Off by 5 hours..
I have set time zone as Americas/NewYork.How do i get the time corrected?
