Cannot collaborate on a club route

I don't appear to be able to collaborate on a route "uploaded" to a club.
The club was imported from a group, then a test route "uploaded".When I hit Collaborators within Information it just produces a popup to view plans.
(When I hit Collaborators within Information on a personal route I get asked who)

I think this is by design. It's just the popup not really accurate. Routes in clubs are intended to be complete and ready. Else members will see incomplete routes. So you move a route into the club only when it is finished editing.
