App failed to start; reinstall locked me out!

I will report this to Support but in case others have seen something similar:

1. Opening MyRoute-app on iPhone: hung during the startup. Rebooting phone didn't help.

2. Deleted and reinstalled app. It got stuck at requesting location permission (pushing the yellow button didn't pop up the permissions screen, just stayed in MyRoute-app). Manually going to Settings> Privacy and Security and enabling location positions got me past this.

3. However now I am locked out with "Device Limit Reached". It seems that when I reinstalled, it wrongly added one to my number of devices.
   I have to wait for Support to open as there is no self-service ability to fix this issue (a really annoying limitation of the way MRA polices their device limits - we should be able to log unused devices out on the website the way Netflix or other companies offer).

This really is not good!

Next week I will lead a drive with 28 cars - I hope the other drivers don't hit the same issues I've encountered. It will immediately put them off MRA.

Thanks. I am now back into the app. I'll leave it for the Support process to work out why the first two issues occurred and how to prevent others hitting these.

It has gone back to crashing on startup again. Is no one else seeing this? I wonder what is different about my account or phone....

After last time I'm worried that each time I reinstall the app it is going to trigger the "too many installs" error again.
