Live payments enabled

In preparation for the pre-sale purchase coming Monday live payments have been enabled as of now. Meaning that commercial clubs and the AI routeplanner will actually need to be paid for.

Those features are explicitly excluded from the pre-sale too. They won't ever be lifetime or completely free

You can purchase them yourself and cancel subscriptions whenever you want.

The shop will be opened for logged in users and then those additional add-ons can be bought.

Note: a commercial club license is per club
