Choice for starting point of a route

@Nick-Carthew, this feature is in there already for so long that I just could not believe it would not be in the manual I took this screenshot just to satisfy my own curiosity. I cannot say I know the manual very well

I've checked the link you referenced in post #4 and I cannot see where it states that a long press on a map point skips all previous points. Perhaps I need new glasses but hoping you can help me find where this is documented as you assure.

@Stevedo-6-0 After opening the link from @con-hennekens click on Navigation to go directly to the Navigation section. The wording may not say it skips all previous waypoints but it does state that the routes starts from the chosen waypoint. Here’s the bullet point:
When starting, you can also start from a specific waypoint by pressing it on the map for a long time.
