Yes, I know that you can skip the Waypoints or tap a Waypoint from which you want to start from the Waypoints menu, but.... it's too much work for a simple thing.

Garmin has a very convenient feature where it asks you where you want to start navigating from:
Start of the Route OR A Nearest Waypoint.
    One touch deal! Very Convenient!

Is there a chance we can have that in our MRA Nav?
    Thx!

@Lenny-O No idea which version you are using, but of course that feature may have been available for quite some time already. If you ride the route as a route (not as a track), then before you actually start navigating the route, you can choose the point from which you want to start. You can start from the nearest route point, select a route point yourself, or rearrange the route (a nice recent update).

You can find “Rearrange” in the buttons on the right side next to the “Start” button. You may need to swipe to the right to see it.

Like I said, I am aware of that option, but I was hoping for 1 click option.... 😜

You can only select a starting point if you navigate a route as route. If you navigate as track than the starting point is always the first point. In an earlier release this difference was not there.

@Lenny-O How many buttons do you want on your screen to control everything with a single click? I think changing the starting point of your route is a simple and straightforward way to do it!

Thank you all for your thoughts, but I think you all are missing my point....
It's not about me, not about criticizing the App, not about me not knowing my options...
All I am saying is that MRA knows where I am and the route I am taking.
Just offering to start from the nearest Waypoint, like Garmin does, would be nice to have. Even if as a little pop-up.
All I am suggesting is a user-friendly way to start a route. I think that would make the App easier to use and be more appreciated.
So, no sarcasm or passive-agressive coments are needed.
I am trying to suggest something that would benefit everyone, at least in my mind.

Also, @herman-veldhuizen is absolutely correct in his statement. And that brings another twist into starting somewhere else other than the Start of the route.

@Nick-Carthew, this feature is in there already for so long that I just could not believe it would not be in the manual 😉 I took this screenshot just to satisfy my own curiosity. I cannot say I know the manual very well 🤣

I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

I've checked the link you referenced in post #4 and I cannot see where it states that a long press on a map point skips all previous points. Perhaps I need new glasses but hoping you can help me find where this is documented as you assure.

@Stevedo-6-0 After opening the link from @con-hennekens click on Navigation to go directly to the Navigation section. The wording may not say it skips all previous waypoints but it does state that the routes starts from the chosen waypoint. Here’s the bullet point:
When starting, you can also start from a specific waypoint by pressing it on the map for a long time.
