paid subscription (gold)

Can anyone tell me why I can't use navigation after paying for the gold subscription. If I try to use a route it keeps bringing me to the subscription page or asking if I want free trial.
Thanks for any feed back@John-Mul The Gold subscription is for the website route planner only. MRA have two subscription products, the website route planner and the mobile phone navigation app.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
