    I've been touring by motorcycle for a few weeks now, through Slovenia, Hungary, and Croatia. I planned and executed the entire route using the myroute app. During the trip, the Apple CarPlay connection to the display repeatedly dropped and failed completely. The app still worked on my phone, but not on the display. This is very annoying and makes the trip no fun at all! Are there any improvements or software updates planned to address this?

      I don't think this is caused by MRA, but rather that it's an issue between the phone and the CarPlay screen.

        Could you be a bit more precise? Why do you think so? What should be the cause?
        We are on the road too and my wife (using the 2nd device for my subscription) could use MRA on her CarPlay device for an hour. Once of a sudden the screen went blue. No chance to see the route on the CarPlay device, whilst mine is working fine. We have the same CarPlay device - I’m using iPhone 16pro, she‘s using the 12 pro. However, ALL other apps worked perfectly fine. After a break we tried again - and it worked. Unfortunately MY CarPlay lost connection and I had a blue screen. We reconnected the CarPlay devices to our phones and mine worked again - but hers did not. In our frustration we installed Kurviger on my wife’s phone and succeeded.
        At the end of the day it appears it’s a licenseing issue in combination with CP devices, since w/o CO device - on the phone only - MRA works.
        I definitely can say it’s not a communication problem, as all other apps are working.

        I’d highly appreciate if the developers could have an urgent look into this problem.

          If you have issues with this, please create a support ticket and attach your logs.
          You get these by long pressing the version number at the bottom of your account page (in the app, where all the settings are).
