3rd device - cannot delete it

Hi,
I just checked my devices for my account. I was a little bit surprised that 3 devices are connected, so I tried to delete one, which isn‘t an active one. I have now the issue, that when I try to delete it, I am told to check my internet connection …. any hint how to solve this?

Hi,

I tried to disconnect one of three devices and always display banner to check internet connection.
No matter if device I've tried to disconnect is 5.1.0 or 5.0.4 version.

Is no the same question. I have 3 devices (not in limit). If I try to logoff one of them,

• First time "seems to do nothing" as same screen appears.
• Second time and consecutives, shows "check internet connection" banner

Really, First time action "closes" device session, but this action is not refreshed on devices list, so I think that none is done and try again to close session. The result is Internet error because that session I'm trying to close is already closed.

Close session function works, but Is needed some "device list refresh" to show "Action done" to the user.

Nothing about "delete device entry", only close session function

I had the same notification to check my internet. That was OK. I had remover one of the 3 devices when the notification apeared. When I tried again after checking my connection (witch was Ok) I still got the same notification. When I clicked on check my devices it then showed only 2.
In the end, it worked for me

The issue is resolved in the upcoming 5.1 update!
