    Hi What is this all about. I phone 16 Plus - Log in ok on PC and app has no picture of ID and ? mark, tried a reboot that does not work, and if i say not now my ID picture appears and have access Routes etc

    Also if i say Log In I have to manually enter my ID and accept then enter password that is stored but the email is wrong that is stored all of suden but it does not overright what I have written in manually as my ID just accepts the correct password.

    Is this a bug your end at MyRoute

      If you switch between multiple accounts it will ask you to reboot. I think also when the app detects changes in licenses, it will ask to reboot once (the app, not the phone).

      I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

      Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

        Does not seem like an issue.
        If you do what the app asks, does it work?

          If I reboot yes. If i log out though it will ask this everytime. But if i just swipe the app so its still logged in (in the background) then it's ok when i select the app again.

          Why does it say the login status has changed?

          Also from saved passwords it does not complete my user name so i have to manually type it in evertime but recognises my password. I notice in my passwwords I have two website addresses (myrouteapp.com and www.myrouteapp.com) Can that cause an issue or is that correct?

            @Jez-0, when you log out of the app, your licenses are not valid anymore for that session, that's why an app reboot is required, for fresh initialization without your licenses. The app is not designed to be logged out each time. It is also not working nice with route synchronization if you do. You will have to do a complete resync after each renewed login. So, just don't log out...
