When I use the link above, all the information is in Dutch. So I don't understand it.
Can I make a round course now as Gold member?

Sorry, I was not specific enough
Ther first page is in english. When I click the button for Scenic Routing Preview, then it is in Dutch.

That's because it's still in the development phase, once it goes into production it will be available in multiple languages.

Yes, to make a round trip, or an A to B route. With both options, you will be presented with 3 route options
