Problem with shared Routes
-
Hello, all!
If you create a Route in MRA Route Planner, then save it is as 1.1, then bring it back into MRA Route Planner to a different folder or under a different name, all the avoidances from original route are lost!
So, How od I ensure that original avoidances are kept???Thank you!

@Lenny-O Make a copy, no need to save it. A copy will retain everything from the original.

what @Nick-Carthew said.
My understanding is exporting out of MyRouteApp to .gpx is sort of like saving your Word .docx document as a .txt file. The content of the document remains but all the formatting/fonts/metadata is stripped off in the process. Once it's gone, converting the .txt back to .docx won't bring back that metadata...it's gone.

@Lenny-O said in Problem with shared Routes:

Is there a specific reason for you, why you would want to do it that way?
@Paul-Steinberg, It has already been said by @Nick-Carthew

Exactly to the point!
