Due to a recently discovered global security issue, MyRoute-app has been taken offline temporarily as a precautionary measure.
We are not the only ones dealing with a situation like this.The security of your data is our top priority.
Together with our security partner, we are working on a solution to bring MyRoute-app back online as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.Our app remains functional. You can still navigate all previously synchronized routes, and driving to a destination will also continue to work. However, features such as generating new routes, deleting routes, switching accounts, and any other functions that require communication with myrouteapp.com are currently unavailable. Any saved track logs will be processed automatically at a later time.

Is this related to the critical security vulnerabilities in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619)?
My internet service provider has just issued a notice about this.

You can still plan a route in the mobile app if you have offline maps. Open the in-app route planner and away you go. Something to keep you busy on the plane.

@Bull-Tahr You should still be able to download offline maps if you have Wi-Fi or a good data signal.

I think the problem is related to this problem: Critical security flaws have been discovered in the error and memory management of the PHP web scripting language, which could allow malicious code to be executed on millions of web servers worldwide. All versions of PHP released over the past few decades are affected, even the long-obsolete PHP 5. Anyone running a web server using this open-source scripting language should update it as a matter of urgency.

Als ik mijn routes wil openen kom ik automatisch op deze pagina terecht (forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/11924/myroute-app-offline).
Is dit het gevolg van de storing?
Kunnen jullie mij vertellen hoe ik weer bij mijn routes kan komen, dit is alleen maar op mijn PC niet op mijn telefoon of tablet.
Ik hoor graag van jullie.
