Is this also working if you travel alone? So If I go on a trip, then mine wife knows when see must start cooking

I am just a bit confused as it was my guess that "Group Rides" was going to be "Live Tracking"
totally my fault if my guess was incorrect
but if "Group Rides" is not "Live Tracking" I am still in the dark as to what "Group Rides" actually is/means

To clarify that:
- Sharing your location for others is live tracking and free.
- Group Rides is when you ride with a group and that requires a subscription. Itβs included within commercial clubs.
