@Nick-Carthew did the restart as suggested, the app now moves on to freeze at starting navigation module. I have raised a support ticket.
@Alliston Which iPhone and iOS version are you using? I seem to remember that the minimum requirements for using MRA are as follows: all devices that can also run iOS 13 — iPhone 6 and iPhone X. Have you also tried doing a completely fresh installation? Delete the app completely and then reinstall it?
