Statement on map spinning

Hi everyone!

Software development is a lot of fun.
Every single day we at MyRoute-app dedicated all our time to create the best possible platform. For some aspects we are dependent on suppliers. One of these is HERE as they supply the core navigation functionality of the navigation engine.Map spinning originates from as issue in their software, which they resolved.

However. Every single update as of that version contain critical issues.
On april 9th I email them about these issues. They promised a fix in their latest version. On May 21st I emailed them (two days after their release) that it still did not work correctly.I am sorry to disappoint those who have a spinning map but I literally cannot at this point fix it. I am in touch with HERE, filed a complaint and doing everything I can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
No, this is in no way me being overly critical about HERE.
No, I won't accept any "HERE is ***" comments.
It's just a nasty issue that needs to be resolved. I only want to let you know that we at MyRoute-app share your frustration about the issue.Cheers,

Thnkx for your statement Corjan. I completely understand what you're saying. With you I'm a bit disappointed in Here. MRA is a big customer for them at Here and I would hope that they put even more priority in fixing the sdk.
