LOGIN ISSUE

Whilst using my email address and memorable password to login to my Tom Tom Rider 500 device, the same details are not recognised online. This occurred whilst recently making changes to my account. i.e. location (United Kingdom) as I now see a world map when creating a new route. Rather than my home location.

@Bill-Harrison TomTom don’t like you to use special characters in your password. Try changing your password if it contains special characters.
