Anyone tried Ridernav R7M with MRA via AA yet?

@PieterG It works perfectly. I have a review on my channel. Great buy!
@b0hd1 I'm not good at Spanish, but how is it in comparison to Chigee ?

While waiting @b0hd1 answer.... You know that youtube can use translated subtitles?

Activate subtitles and in Configuration, select translate and choose language...

Looks like a good replica of the Chigee AIO-6.
MRA with Android Auto works the same way regardless of the device you use.
The main differences are in the device specifications, such as brightness (nits), refresh rate, and IP rating.
These guys did a review of this device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pC5n4IxHseg@Adrian-Avram Hi Adrian, thanks for your reply. I had major MRA problems using several Carpuride models via AA. That's why I sold all of them. So I do not agree that Android Auto works the same way regardless of the device I use.

About the link to the review you posted: that guy is not using MRA en not using AA but Carplay..
So, the big question here still is: do you have any experience using MRA > AA > Ridernav R7M ?

Are you using MRA via Android Auto in your review video? (I can't tell by watching it..) -

Are you using MRA via Android Auto in your review video? (I can't tell by watching it..)@PieterG I've reviewed the video again, and coincidentally, there's no footage of it using MRa. But I assure you it works perfectly, especially after the latest updates. It works on both the R7M and other Android Auto displays (I personally use the Chigee aio-6), and I also have Android Auto in my car. Aside from the lack of visual improvements, MRa's functionality is currently flawless.

@Adrian-Avram The Chigge is better in every way, except that the Chigge is 6" and the R7M is 7". I have reviews of both on my channel. I use the Chigge. I don't think there's anything better (it's not cheap, but it's the best).

@PieterG At this time, MRA is completely reliable on Android Auto.

I totally agree with you on that !

I had major MRA problems using several Carpuride models via AA.
That could be also an issue with you phone and not with Carpuride devices !
Maybe you could state the problems you've had using MRA and Android Auto. -

@b0hd1 And what about using the BMW wonderwheel? They say Raidernav R7M implementation is much better and more responsive? (f.i. zooming in and out flawlessly)
And about pricing:
Ridernav R7M costs only Euro 270,-
Chigee aio 6 (with BMW adapter) costs Euro 645,- (LTE model 760,- !)Is Chigee really worth this kind of major difference?

Maybe you could state the problems you've had using MRA and Android Auto.@Adrian-Avram I've posted some of the issues last year. No sense to start all experiments all over again, I spend weeks on it and almost became an expert....
My Samsung phone is working perfectly fine since day one in my car via AA with Waze, Google Maps, Sygic (> best AA implementation!) and MRA. But MRA with Carpuride models was, at that time, a disaster (while Waze, Google Maps and Sygic had no problems at all !)
But, on topic, I would like to know who actually tried the new Ridernav R7M | MRA | Android Auto ;-). (not carplay..)

@PieterG The Chigee is much faster, smoother, has a better screen, is better built, has more data, and its integration with the Wonderwheel is more complete...than the R7M.
Is the R7M good? Yes.
Is a BMW motorcycle worth it? Is it worth savoring a good wine or a good meal? The answer is yours alone.
I'll send you a private message. Perhaps I can help you get the Chigee at a better price if you're interested...

@PieterG Since last year, 99.99% of the problems have been fixed. I can confirm that it works perfectly. I was one of the biggest critics of AA and MRA. But truly, after a lot of hard teamwork, the problems have been resolved.
Now we are expecting a major update with visual improvements at the end of this month. But the functionality is perfect. -

We are all happy with that! -
@b0hd1, yes, you turned 180 degrees!

We are all happy with that!@Con-Hennekens That's right. Thanks to the hard teamwork of Corjan and several collaborators, including myself. Changing equipment and going back to the old, soon-to-be-obsolete tablets wasn't the solution.
