After installing the app on another device (which is registered on my apple account) and logging in, now i cannot use the app on none of my phones, and that smooth device removal that Corjan was talking about just went to shit.

@Adrian-Avram To avoid this undesirable scenario, I deleted the app from the iPad and created a shortcut to the website on the desktop instead.

Yesterday on the faire in Utrecht I demonstrated several times that having 3 devices is no issue. I Log of one of them and can use the other 2
Just like Corjan already stated, send in a ticket and they can help you. I guess you want to much -

Everything is sorted now with a opened ticket. -

We can’t magically distinguish perhaps normal (still unallowed) personal high device usage from sharing your account with others.
It’s an inconvenience we have to roll out. We aint happy with it too but we have to. Sorry

By design we don’t deploy such an update in peak season.
