Update 5.0 - Definitive release version build 426

Hi all!

The final version has been built!
Major milestone in the development of this app version.

iOS will have the version immediately, Android together with the public release on Monday (sorry ).

Changes:

• Compass heading updates correctly in all modes
• Planner error solved when saving a route while offline
• Planner issue solved where wrong buttons were displayed leading to a "stuck" state
• Planner issue resolved when you were not logged in
• Planner allow tapping a waypoint on the map while editing one (or having anything else open)
• Planner switch to offline mode when you do not have internet upon opening
• Zoom issue bluetooth controllers resolved
• Improved camera zoom animation
• Ensure tracklog automatically gets the correct name based on the loaded route
• Correctly show pause icons in waypoint list
• Allow opening waypoint list in track navigation when the track includes user defined waypoints
• Ensure new users can start a trial
• Improved upsell flow
• Improved showcase (app tour for new users)
• Allow temporarily skipping the forced reboot prompt
• Improved styling of login / registration pages
• Prevent requesting optional permissions again (such as motion tracking on Android)

Thanks so much for all your extensive testing and great feedback!
Without you as beta community the update would definitely not be as great as it is now.

I am really looking forward to the release on Monday!

That deserves another compliment! To all the testers, of course, but especially to you guys for the quick processing and repair!
However, it's Wednesday now; iOS has the update immediately, Android is usually 48 hours later; so why Monday?

@white.mouse Android is just different than iOS. I cannot wait for the beta to be approved and submit the app for final release. It’s all one approval process.

In iOS I can submit beta releases using an entirely different process (which is why they have another app “TestFlight” for testing and on Android it’s all in the Play Store).

I don’t want to wait for the Android beta to be approved before submitting the release resulting in the chance the approval period is then too short for it to be released on Monday.

It’s just what it is.

No, it's displayed once for everyone.
Skipping now just depends on how fast they tap on the screen
We did shorten it to be less annoying but still showcase the important things.
