MRA Routplanner ignored.

Why after planning a route with Routeplanner app it ignores all the route and waypoints and does it's own thing taking me miles out of the way? It doesn't even take me to start at the first waypoint. It doesn't happen with loaded GPX files just when planned using the mobile app.

It is probably due to the setting of the app, check it sensibly.
The manual in the Web Planner helps very well.

@Brian-Martin, When you start a route, you will see a switch to enable/disable "start from closest route point". Is that the one you are looking for? If not, maybe a screenshot explains your question.
