Good morning.
How can I choose to travel on motorways?
When I upload a.gpx file with highways to travel, the app lets me out and choose very long routes
Thanks -

@Maurizio-Malberti Hi Maurizio,
I just checken your route and if I look at all the shaping points in this route the route is absolute perfect. You have one section of motorways right after beginning and then another one on your way back. In between your shopping points are perfectly used by myRoute APP.

@TomOnTour yes, but when I use the app on my Samsung phone on android auto it always avoids highways. as if when using a common navigator, it was flagged avoid highways

@Maurizio-Malberti After you import a gpx file (with waypoints) you get to select route:fastest/shortest and highways yes/no in the Toolkit. When you navigate then the key is whether you navigate as track or not. When starting a navigation you only get to pick route:fastest/shortest and highways:yes/no when you navigate a route as route (and not as a track).

@Maurizio-Malberti hi Maurizio
I’ve looked at your route and I’ve noticed a couple of things.
You use the TomTom map where MRA uses the Here map that allen can realy mess up your route.
By the hotels in the long route I assume that it’s a 4 days trip. I would break that up in 4 trips. On a totall of more 1500 km there are only 52 waypoints in the route and a lot of them are OFF route. Look at nr 39 it’s on the wrong side of the road resulting in a massive detour.
So Some tips
Set the map to Here
Cut the trip in 4 parts
Use more shaping points
Make sure they’re ON the route (zoom in max)
Have fun -
@Marinus-van-Deudekom thank you very much
