probleme ouverture itineraire avec waypoints

bonjour
depuis hier j ai des problemes pour ouvrir mes itineraires avec des waypoints
en effet lors de l ouverture la page tourne un moment puis apparait le message
si je clic sur ok je peux voir juste les waypoints mais pas le tracé
de plus impossible de creer ni un roundtour ni un scenic tour
il reste sur la page generer
