Problem of saved PDFs print different

When I save a route as a PDF, some of the PDFs of routes will show the map at top, then the waypoints follow. However, some other routes of the PDFs DO NOT show the map at top. ***
***They start with waypoints, no maps.
I have made maps in HERE and compared with Open & Tom Tom. All settings appear same.
*** It is a hit or miss. ****- How can I correct when I make a NEW route and ALWAYS get the PDF with map on top?
- I've made many routes that are in my library.Is there a way to correct them so the PDFs show the map on top?

@Roundabout, I have no solution for you, but I am amazed about the suddenly increase in interest for the PDF download
I have seen more than a few topics about it.I think, having the map on top or not, is dependent on the map that is used for planning the route, but I am not sure.
