Barbuttons not working in combination with android auto

I tried out mra with android auto today and it seemed to work ok. Only downside that I found was that the barbuttons seem to work for mra on my phone, but the functions e.g. scrolling in the map do not work on the android auto screen.
Maybe the developpers can look into this? -

@Jos-Hendrikx This is by design.
Bluetooth controllers are not purposed to control CarPlay or Android Auto. Besides that, to enable the controllers at all, the phone needs to be unlocked with the app opened. Quite often that is not the case when using CarPlay / Android Auto.Sorry for the inconvenience.

@Jos-Hendrikx for motorcycle, you can get a Chigee Aio-5 Play and it has his own bar controller that works with Android Auto / Car Play !
