Navigation using Android Auto always shows KM's

Using an Andoird Phone (Pixel 8).
In the user account - set Units to Imperial Miles GB.
Connect to Android auto for navigation - speed and distances still in KM / KPH.
Looked in Andorid Auto incase anything in the settings page but no units so assume it inherits from the MRA account.

This is interesting. I have a trip to Scotland soon and use Android Auto also. I like to know this also.

@Rob-Smith Update - strangely - phone reboot, double check my profile is set to Miles GB and today using Android Auto it showed miles - so sorted but perhaps a slight bug in back ground.
