Whats the latest version sorry if I am being dumb

So I rec'd the email on 4th May which was titled and refers to the new version of the app 4.1.2 which I believe the email says will be available from the 5th May.
On My Andorid phone in the play store, Prior to the 5th May it shows that I am running 4.12 already that by the looks of the detail in the play store was released on 28th April.
Am I going mad? is the latest version for Andoid actually 4.1.2 that has been out since the 28th April? Do I need to delete the app and re-install from play store? or from somewhere else?
Sorry if I am being a bit dim!

Please keep from posting revision numbers that are only meaningful to the Béta users
The public releases are only identified with the first 3 digits... so the 304/305/306... and so on are only concerning us Béta users -
The 4.1.2 version is the latest publicly available one.
Build numbers itself are irrelevant to public releases as there will only be one build released for that version.Note: 4.1.2 is the version whereas 305 is the build.
The app was available slightly earlier than anticipated (luckily) but the mail might not have been adjusted.

This is exactly what I tried to emphasize in my previous post.
There is always only ONE latest version in the public release, and that is 4.1.2. at the moment... The releasedate is not important since any new release would have have an updated version number. As long as you are on 4.1.2. at the moment, you have the latest public release. The next public release will be 4.1.3.You can check which version of the app you are on by scrolling to the bottom of your profile page in the app.
