How do I de-clutter the screen?
Specifically;
- Remove the "All-in-One Buy Now" banner
- Remove the Animation tape
Also;
How can I make Google Maps my default map?Thanks,
Bud@Bud-0 The banner is there to encourage you to subscribe. Other companies might bombard you with pop-up advertisements when you use their free software.
The animation bar is fixed.
Google maps are only an overlay map so it cannot be set as a default map.

I would have thought my $50 per year Gold subscription would exempt me from additional subscription encouragements.
What about the ability to remove the Animation Tape at the bottom of the screen.

@Bud-0 Forgive me, I thought you were using the free basic account.
The animation bar is fixed. It may receive an update to include a distance read-out or some other reincarnation after the planned overhaul of the route planner or it may get removed.
