hello, I have the navigation application installed on my mobile phone and I can't install it on my tablet because it doesn't accept the numeric password I entered on the phone. How can I also have the application on my tablet that I use in the car?

You say that you can’t install the navigation app on your tablet, so is the problem related to your Google Play Store account or Apple App Store account ?

@Nick-Carthew problem is with password. I write the same password that i've on my phone but on tablet say that password is wrong

I really don't know if the user validation is the same for IOS and Android. Are you using IOS or Android on both devices?
Or you have a IOS phone logged in MRA with apple account and in tablet with Google play account... could be that?

Then I changed the password from the website. Now that I'm also installing the app on my tablet, it won't accept my numeric password or the new one I changed. On the web and on the phone everything works perfectly
