Using a Tablet to transfer routes to a Garmin
-
Hello People
I am using a Ulefone Tab A7. The MRA app is loaded. The Tab is paired with the Garmin 340LM. For the following the Garmin is connected via a USB.
The problem:
Everytime I try to export a file to the Garmin I get an error code:
Webpage not available
The webpage at myrouteapp://GeAOjxaBt2 could not be loaded because:
net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEMEIs this a real error or only because I am trying to use a tablet?
My Garmin connects to the PC without a problem through a USB connector. Can anyone suggest a solution please
Cheers

Try downloading the Garmin Drive app on your Tablet.
Download the relevant gpx file and open in Garmin Drive. -
I have Garmin Drive already on my Tab. The download fails at MRA as in:
Click on Export. OK
Click on Open Route. OK
Then I get the error message, MRA does not even get to the window where you choose where to download to. -

Then copy paste the gpx file to the gpx folder on your Garmin.
