Hi @Herko-ter-Horst , Yes, this check avoids for "ask for naming" dialog box, but: does not conserve personal waypoint name (every move changes name by address). This behavior is bad for me 'cause I often rename all waypoints to something better to be read on motorbike does not avoid than waypoint tool dialog also closes (this is a little problem that does not need to have in mind) As allways.... is my setting and my opinion, Best regards

@Kai-Schmitz This may be taken into account if the website undergoes major maintenance.

@Corjan-Meijerink checking to see if this is something that has made the cut on the list of improvements? Thanks.

Hi all. Doing some planning recently, I came across the same limitation as above, but had an idea about how to solve the issue fairly (??) easily. I can manually add a 'Point of Interest' (POI) - which establishes a marker on my map, but does not affect the route planning Waypoints etc. If I could add such a POI as a result of a location search instead of manually, that's half of the problem solved. As an additional step, if a POI could be 'converted' to a new Waypoint between existing points (xx) and (yy), then the problem is resolved, and adding detours, interesting places to a route becomes SO much easier .... Just my further thoughts - hope this helps. Cheers, Jem

@Jörgen said in Deleting waypoints: What annoys me more about the iPad is the usable screen. A third of it is used for other things instead of displaying the map large enough. "Grab" a tab and swipe to top to get more space. [image: 1705685333667-img_0008.jpg]

@Ck-Hos Do you have a subscription to both the planner and the navigation module? Perhaps having only a planning subscription could still trigger an advertisement bar?

@Ck-Hos No, the subscription form has no influence on this because you determine the screen resolution on your computer. Keep in mind that changing the resolution can affect the size of the map you see on the screen. Try it. You can't break anything.

I have a USB (C) to USB (A) connector to connect my Garmin Mini USB (B) lead to my phone.[image: 1705251194487-img_20231031_195702573sml.jpg] I can transfer routes from MyRoute-App to my old garmin devices by downloading the route to the phone connecting the phone to the device and transfering the GPX file directly. [image: 1705251396262-screenshot_20240113-172147.png] I'm sure that something similar could be sorted with a chromebook. Alternatively if the chromebook has a micro SD slot copy the file to the micro sd card pop it in the Nav 6 and copy it to the unit.

I know this is an older post but I want to add one more user who is interested in this feature. We are currently planning a weeklong trip for June and not being able to collaborate on a route makes updating a challenge.

@Ron-Block Which can. It depends on your screen resolution. But you found it.

@Herko-ter-Horst Splitting the route is a possible work arround but not very practical during creation phase. If I split the route and then, for example change the end point of the 1st part, I must then open the second part and change the start point consequently. And so forth for all other parts. Not very practical for a 10 day journey for example. What would be cool is to have the possibility to mark a waypoint as an "overnight stop" (like inserting a pause) and have the program indicate the distance from the previous "overnight stop" directly in the Waypoints list.
