It was never considered that people actually do things in the embedded webview in the app. This is known for a while already, and @Corjan-Meijerink already promised that it will be fixed The easy fix for the moment, is to go to the website in your browser, instead of through the app its webview.

The workaround i figured out But what I was missing from the suggestion of @RetiredWingMan is that I needed an empty screen and then add my route. This is so simple and brilliant, that I did not think of it! Thank you all for your wisdom! This app is like a multi layered cake, where every layer is delicious if you know how to eat thru the previous one

@Stefan-Hummelink, thank you for your hint. This pass does normally not have a seasonal closure, but I deactivated it in the routing tools and it worked. I didn’t even think about that, because it is a shallow pass, but again, thank you.

@Gianni-d Go to the group and click routes. You will see a + add button. Click it and choose your route.

After having failed to transfer mra routes via the tread app to my XT2 , I have found a solution. I have purchased a micro sd adapter so that i can copy the file from my phone to the xt micro sd card. Doing this way it works. For some reasom the Tread app is corrupting my mra routes whichever way I save them. I also have slow MRA map upload yesterday but last week end it was working perfectly and fast.

@Nicolaj Using the correct planning map for your device is important. If you use a Garmin based navigation device including MRA Navigation Next you should use the HERE planning map, If your device is TomTom based then the TomTom planning map is the correct one. You can use any of the overlay maps over the top of the planning map, think of the overlays as clear sheets with extra information for the planning map. Your route is calculated and drawn on the planning map.
