@Jörgen so my last vacation I tested using solely the iPhone and it worked well, except a few things that I did report in a different post. Some things were pretty annoying so that I now will test a Carpuride device with Apple Car Play to see if I am more satisfied. I'll let you know then, if and why I think it will have benefits with another device (or not).

Finally, I purchased a Carpuride screen with Apple Car play, my next upcoming trip starts next week, where I will have enough time to check and test how the volume performs there.

@Don-Stauffer This is my first forum post. I HAD to find out how to use the forum to THANK YOU Don for giving the steps to easily and successfully get a .gpx from a website to my Zumo XT!! I do, though, have to (humbly) add that I had to tap [Share] in the MRA app after tapping [Download]..

@Rob-Verhoeff you are 100% correct navigating routes directly from someone elses library will work fine if you have a network connection, but I do not believe you can yet choose to sync a friends folder When touring for my own personal security I would always want a copy of the routes that I knew I could access just in case if for some reason I was offline at some time & had to reload a route So I think having a quick way to copy a folder of routes is not a bad idea

@Henk-Nihot als je je TT gebruikt om te navigeren dan heb je in principe genoeg aan het abonnement dat je nu hebt. Ik vind het een voordeel om alles onder één dak te houden en navigeer met mijn telefoon en het bijbehorende navigatie abonnement van MRA.

Hallo, bereits seit vielen Jahren nutze ich 2 Funktionen: die connector-App speichern unter 'TomTom-Mydrive' [image: 1726059291538-connector-app.png] ![mydrive.png] Dabei muss ich für mein altes Rider-Gerät ITN wählen. Das Navi wird via USB-Kabel verbunden. [image: 1726059618759-mydrive.png] Der Account bei TomTom ist kostenlos. Ich nutze es z.B., um meine Route auf Baustellen zu prüfen. Der direkte Link ist neu und heisst plan.tomtom.com. Die Übertragung funktioniert vom MRA Routenplaner aber immer noch. Der übertragne Track wird dann zum Bearbeiten geöffnet, danach ist es eine Route, die mit vielen neuen Tomtoms online aktualisiert werden kann. So hat man für unterwegs auch ein Backup. Auf langen und weiten Fahrten in der Fremde kann ich aufs alte TomTom umsteigen, wenn Hitze, Wasser, Räuber, Dummheit mein Smartphone unbrauchbar machen. @Corjan-Meijerink Fantastic news, I’m envious …. I had to divert as we were coming from across Stelvio first and when we checked in the morning, the roads were covered in fresh snow, so we (2 up on an RT) decided it was too much risk to try and cross Stelvio…. We’ll have to come back another time and do both Stelvio and Timmeljoch, I’m gutted we didn’t get to do them! Now in Fussen, Germany, slowly heading back to the UK over the next 4 days.
